Workout Anytime is a 24/7 Fitness center that offers 24-hour access for our members. With the Workout Anytime App, members can access 100's of virtual exercises and workouts. They also offer HydroMassage massage therapy system, Matrix strength training equipment, Infrared Sauna, Rows of cardio (including treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and stationary bikes), Massage Chair, Red Light Therapy, Certified personal coaching, Monthly fitness evaluations, tanning, a dedicated plate weight area featuring free weight dumbbells, squat rack, flat and incline bench press, smith machine, and a variety of assisted weight lifting equipment.
