*For this ribbon cutting, it is a Federal requirement that anyone attending wear closed-toed shoes (not steel-toes work boots, just like sneakers or loafers). Additionally, we are welcomed to see the maintenance area and they will provide yellow vests for those interested.

The Chamber conducts Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies as a free service to members. Ceremonies are performed by themselves or as a part of an open house or grand opening. We bring the camera, official scissors and, of course, the ribbon! 

New members and existing members who have opened a business at a new location qualify for ribbon cuttings. Holding a ceremony for a new business or location offers numerous benefits. Ribbon-cutting events, attended by Chamber Ambassadors on behalf of members, create valuable opportunities for networking and publicity. The presence of Ambassadors and fellow Chamber members helps generate visibility and support for the new venture.
