Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Pensacola brings together survivors, thrivers, caregivers, and community members in a powerful display of support and impact. For many years, they have proudly hosted the event at Seville Square, and as they continue to grow, they are excited to move to Community Maritime Park in 2026. With this new chapter, they will be kicking off the festivities the day before the event with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Come to celebrate with volunteers, survivors, and community partners.

Ribbon Cuttings are one of the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce's favorite ways to celebrate the people and businesses that make our community thrive. Whether you're opening your doors for the first time, expanding to a new location, or marking another exciting milestone, we're honored to help you share the moment.

More than just cutting a ribbon, these celebrations officially welcome new Chamber members into our business community and recognize the growth, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit that strengthen Greater Pensacola. Surrounded by Chamber staff, Ambassadors, community leaders, and fellow business professionals, you'll be celebrated by a network that is excited to support your success from day one.

Ribbon Cuttings are a complimentary benefit for all new Chamber members and existing members opening a new location. We provide the official ribbon, oversized scissors, camera, and live video coverage—giving your business valuable exposure while creating a memorable celebration. Our live Ribbon Cutting videos average more than 1,000 views on the Greater Pensacola Chamber Facebook page and include an opportunity to introduce your organization through a brief live interview.

To ensure the best possible experience and attendance, please submit your request at least two weeks in advance. While scheduling is subject to availability, we'll work closely with your team to find a date that works for everyone.
