About Us
The Escambia County Medical Society, in conjunction with Santa Rosa County (ECMS), is a dynamic community of dedicated medical professionals, including both medical doctors (M.D.s) and doctors of osteopathy (D.O.s).
Founded in 1873, our non-profit organization proudly represents over 350 physicians who live and work in the vibrant communities of Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in Northwest Florida.
At ECMS, our mission goes beyond the traditional roles of a medical society. We are a passionate advocate for positive change in the realms of political, societal and economic change that impact the quality and accessibility of healthcare for both patients and physicians alike.
Our dedicated team at the ECMS business office works tirelessly to carry out the directives of our board of directors. They are here to foster communication, coordinate initiatives, and provide invaluable support in the pursuit of exceptional healthcare standards and solutions within our community.
