Responsibilities:
- Pursue personal and professional growth
- Balance hard work and guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment
- Lead the overnight team by example
- Coach and develop team members
- Assess, develop, and implement systems for improvement throughout the restaurant
- Ensure that we are food safe at all times while producing high-quality food
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours
- Capability to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Full-time availability to work 40-45 hours per week
