What to Expect In Class:

During class we'll weave breath work, yoga, and strength training into a mindful routine, allowing you not only to build physical strength and mobility but also cultivate mental resilience and overall well-being. Consistency and mindfulness in your practice will lead to sustainable results and a deeper connection with your body.

*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
