Who this Class is For:

This 60-minute restorative facial release session is for anyone who needs nervous system reset and relaxation, whether dealing with recovery from illness, coping with grief, or simply juggling too many demands to get adequate, regular rest. We will focus on fascial holds, twisting detox, and breathing into release, finding deeply restful poses that promote a healing response and restorative relaxation for the body and mind. This session is designed for anyone, regardless of experience or ability. 

*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
