Small Business Management Program

Business owners only – if you have been in business for two or more years, you are eligible to apply for this dynamic, limited enrollment program; an intensive 9-month course offered at both your place of business and the classroom to grow your business. The Florida SBDC at UWF is offering the ''Small Business Management Program'' on Thursdays, February 21 through October 17, from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Participants will benefit from comprehensive business education, peer-to-peer interaction and ongoing business coaching. To ensure the quality of your experience, only 12 businesses will be selected to participate. Successful applicants will demonstrate their willingness to commit the time and resources necessary for their success. Classroom curriculum will include The Big Picture and Goal Setting; Protecting Your Corporate Veil; Creating your Entrepreneurial Operating System; Basics of Financial Analysis; Understanding Your Numbers; Effective Time Management Strategies; Success with Internet Marketing; Banking and Budgeting and The Art of Negotiating.
