His clinical expertise includes both conventional open heart surgery, as well as endovascular approaches to the heart and vascular system. Dr. Wyatt earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and completed his general surgery internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals, followed by a Thoracic Surgery fellowship at the University of Miami Affiliated Hospitals in Miami, Fla. While in Miami, he was nominated for the Fla. Medical Association Outstanding Volunteer Service Award for his work with the Hurricane Andrew Relief program.
