Remembrance Celebration of Life Even

We would like to cordially invite you to attend a ''Remembrance Celebration of Life'' on December 2, 2017 from 11:00 am to 12:00pm. The program will be held at St. Francis Episcopal Church located at 1 St. Francis Drive in Gulf Breeze. The program is a special time during which we can honor and celebrate the lives of Hospice patients whom we had the privilege of sharing their life's journey. Additionally, we have invited community members whom have lost a loved one to join us. In the spirit of remembrance we will have a Remembrance Photo Table at the Ceremony. Please feel free to bring a photograph for display and pick it up prior to leaving for the day. The Remembrance Celebration of Life will include music, speakers, a lighting of candles ceremony and a reading of the names of those being remembered. There will be a small reception immediately following the ceremony. (appetizers & desserts) I look forward to seeing you, your family and friends on Dec. 2nd from 11-12.
