PSC Nonprofit Training
Human Resources is a comprehensive nonprofit workshop designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage human resources in charitable organizations effectively. People drive the mission of a nonprofit, making the effective management of employees and volunteers essential for high performance. This workshop dispels common myths about employment laws and emphasizes the importance of compliance with state and federal regulations. Participants will learn how to create a positive and supportive work environment, develop effective recruitment and retention strategies, and implement equitable HR policies to ensure a safe and productive workplace. The workshop will also cover the critical role of HR in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within nonprofits.
