Pot Roast & Pinot hosts Revana & Alexana 5-Course Wine Dinner
Join Pot Roast & Pinot at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 22nd for a one-night celebration of top wines from critically acclaimed Revana Family Vineyard in Napa Valley, ranked #4 on Wine Spectator's Top 100 List for 2010. The cost to attend is $99 per person (not including tax or gratuity). This event also features selections from Revana's sister winery Alexana in Willamette Valley, Ore., all paired with a special five-course menu created by Chef Joe Abston. As a special treat, guests will be joined by Scott Flory, National Sales Manager, who will personally introduce these extraordinary wines. First Course Chesapeake Bay Oysters, Paddlefish Caviar paired with 2014 Alexana Willamette Valley Pinot Gris 1,370 Cases Produced Second Course Housemade Chicken, Apple And Rabbit Sausage, Root Vegetable And Onion Purée paired with 2013 Alexana ‘Terroir Selection' Chardonnay 1,589 Cases Produced Third Course Chilled Duck Breast, Squid Ink Pasta Salad With Fresh Herbs, Dried Cranberry Vinaigrette, Duck Cracklings paired with 2012 Alexana ‘Revana Vineyard' Estate Pinot Noir 2,600 Cases Produced Fourth Course Grilled Cap Of Ribeye, Black Trumpet Onion Hash, Glacé De Viande paired with 2012 Revana ‘Terroir Selection' Cabernet Sauvignon 1,200 Cases Produced Dessert Goat Cheesecake, Foie Gras Ice Cream paired with 2010 Chateau L'ermitage Sauternes All the wines sampled during dinner will be available to be enjoyed at the restaurant, and can be purchased through the restaurant to be enjoyed at home.
