PMI Emerald Coast August Connection: Persuasion Ability: Mastering the Art of Influence in Agile

We are delighted to announce the August installment of our 2024 monthly gatherings aimed at connecting our New Area Branch Directors with Members and Non-Members. Meetings that include speakers and/or training will qualify for PDUs.

We are excited to announce this months guest speaker, Chris Leonard. Chris will explore a 4-step approach to persuasion from an unlikely source that bypasses resistance. His topic highlights achieving agility requires successful persuasion from the initiation of change to shifts in behavior and structure. The wrong message can really backfire, so Agile practitioners must excel at persuasion. This will count for 1 PDU.
