A Business Leader’s Guide to Proactively Leading Change
If there is one thing that we all know as leaders and employees, it’s that we are in a dynamic environment of constant change. Maybe your organization is struggling to find and retain talent or attempting to instill a different culture from “the way it’s always been,” or reorganizing yet another department — no matter the business or organization size, there is a constant evolution. However, frequently facing change doesn’t make it any easier to handle. You can either manage it — or it will manage you. This workshop is designed to help attendees take a proactive approach to change, teaching leaders and employees how to avoid both feeling overwhelmed and overwhelming their teams. In addition, this session will show you how to build an environment where both you and your organization can own the journey through any change (without letting the change own you). This 3-hour workshop, guided by change leadership expert Kristie Tobias, will teach attendees how to: --Recognize and understand the impact change has on both work and personal environments --Build aptitude for leading yourself and your people through change using active change sponsorship --Create a proactive framework around change communication that cascades effective messaging throughout any business Change is the only constant in life – and these times of transition are when your team needs your leadership the most.
