Manager Intern

The Manager Intern opportunity is a full-time, career-oriented position. The internship program is a 2-year commitment that begins with an intensive 6-month growth and development program that is completed simultaneously with their full-time responsibilities in the restaurant. The candidate will become a well-rounded manager of all restaurant operations, both front of house and in our kitchen. This position requires the candidate to be highly organized, self-motivated and manage people with the heart of a servant leader. They must be able to balance hard work and guest-focused service. The candidate must be dedicated to both personal and professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks. They must take initiative during their shift, have the ability to move from one task to another quickly and efficiently and most importantly lead their team by example. 

The qualified candidate must; have an bachelor's degree or have equivalent work experience, be capable of working on your feet for 6-8 hours, able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds overhead, have reliable transportation, and possess strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. 

This position is full-time, minimum of 35 hours per week.
