Launched in 2024, the program connects Northwest Florida employers with full-time enrolled UWF students, offering invaluable on-the-job training and essential professional skills development. Participating businesses build a robust talent pipeline through early access to well-prepared, skilled professionals. Students benefit from paid part-time positions, targeted mentoring, and a comprehensive professional soft skills course.
