Workforce Wednesday: Exploring the UWF Talent Catalyst Program
Join us for this month’s Workforce Wednesday where we will learn about the UWF Talent Catalyst program. Launched in fall 2024, the program connects Northwest Florida employers with full-time enrolled UWF students, offering invaluable on-the-job training, mentoring, and essential professional skills development. Participating businesses build a robust talent pipeline through early access to well-prepared, skilled professionals. Students benefit from paid part-time positions, targeted mentoring, and a comprehensive essential professional soft skills course.
