The Florida PTAC at UWF offers a workshop entitled ''Strategic Proposal Development: Cost Buildup Simplified for Small Contractors'' on Tuesday, May 21, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. This seminar is designed for small contractors to understand actual costs and indirect rates. We will discuss the relationship between your accounting system setup and indirect rates. This discussion will include accounting software and time keeping systems. You will be introduced to a simplified rate template to assist you with the process of projecting costs to determine indirect rates for a contract proposal. No fee, but pre-registration is requested.
