On April 5th, Pot Roast & Pinot welcomes Sommelier Don Elton Lott and Mixologist Mike McGlothlin to duke it out with their skills on pairing beverages with food. Chef Joe Abston & Chef Johnny Weeks have prepared a wonderful menu that consists of five specialty dishes. Each of the five specialty courses will be paired with Don Elton's preferred wine as well as Mike's preferred cocktail, and guests will be part of a lively discussion which challenges the conventional wisdom on beverage pairings. Guests will then get to vote on the best pairing on each course – and the top wine and the top cocktail will earn a spot on Pot Roast & Pinot's drink list to be enjoyed at any time! The evening will begin with a 6:30 PM seating. Priced at $75 per person (not including tax or gratuity), seating is limited and reservations are required.
