MBS is centered around four temperament traits and how understanding peoples differing communication and decision-making styles is the pathway to maximize relationships, which improves efficiency and outcomes.
All that go through the training take a survey and then receive a chart and analysis of their temperament traits. Its explains to others how best to communicate with you and you with them. It would be especially valuable for a team of co-workers to attend together.
The training will be run by Kara Dieck, SCI's Building Jobs Program Manager and a certified MBS trainer.
