Workforce Wednesdays is the Greater Pensacola Chamber's premier recurring luncheon series focused on helping local employers address today's workforce challenges and prepare for tomorrow's opportunities. Presented in partnership with CareerSource Escarosa, each session provides practical strategies, valuable resources, and meaningful connections to support business growth.

Designed for business owners, executives, human resource professionals, hiring managers, and community partners, Workforce Wednesdays explores the workforce topics that matter most to employers. Each program features expert speakers, employer success stories, and timely discussions on talent recruitment, employee training, workforce funding, labor market trends, apprenticeships, and other workforce solutions available to Northwest Florida businesses.
