- Establish best practices for conducting workforce development outreach and information sharing to:
- Identify local in-demand occupations, today, and in the future
- Identify key knowledge, skills, and abilities for those occupations
- Obtain employer feedback on local training and educational programs
- Provide employers with qualified candidates
